Managers lead weekly shifts, ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly service. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift, monitoring performance, safety, security, profitability, and communication to ensure a great shift. Responsibilities include planning, monitoring, and meeting targets, as well as managing safety, inventory, cleanliness, customer service, scheduling, and training. Previous leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality is preferred. Candidates should be positive team players, flexible with their schedules, and passionate about working in a fast-paced environment. Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate restaurants. Additional Info
