Responsibilities
Work directly with the child and the family in their natural environment (primarily the home, also in schools and centers) to teach communication, sharing, play, waiting, and other essential skills. Make sessions engaging and fun through play-based activities while delivering training and support to families. What you bring to the role (Qualifications)
Minimum of High School diploma; college coursework a plus A love and passion for working with children Interest in learning Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle Web-enabled device (laptop or tablet) Availability on at least 3 weekdays with consistent scheduling Positive attitude and strong people skills to work with children and families Compensation
$25.00 - $29.00 per hour, based on experience, education, and certifications Benefits
In-house training program and coursework with Competency Check to obtain the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Drive-time pay between sessions Tuition assistance Supervision towards BCBA credential available Physical Demands
Working with clients in natural environments may require lifting or moving approximately 50 lbs and maintaining various postures (kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing) for extended periods. Who we are
