Overview
AtWork Personnel is opening a new branch in Conroe, TX and we are looking for a highly motivated, results‑driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to meaningful growth. The role offers the flexibility and upside of a start‑up combined with the resources and expertise of a leading organization.
Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities for staffing services.
Generate and pursue new leads through cold‑calling, networking events, referrals, and site visits.
Build and sustain long‑term client relationships by understanding talent needs and delivering customized solutions.
Manage the entire sales cycle from outreach and needs assessment to solution presentation, contract negotiation, and closing.
Conduct in‑depth analysis of client staffing requirements to provide appropriate temporary, temp‑to‑hire, and direct hire solutions.
Leverage staffing data and market trends to shape competitive strategy and achieve sales targets.
Collaborate closely with the recruiting team to communicate client job order details and facilitate placement.
Lead a sales‑centric culture that values teamwork, results, and top‑tier client service.
Partner with senior management to set branch goals and develop action plans.
Strategically manage branch expenses and budgets while maximizing profitability.
Qualifications
Proven B2B sales experience in staffing or related field with a track record of exceeding revenue targets.
Strong “hunter” mentality and relentless drive to generate new business.
Experience with B2B cold calling and ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
Highly organized, self‑motivated, and effective time management with the ability to work independently.
Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and staffing software.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client meetings and worksite visits.
Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required.
Compensation Base pay range: $60,000.00/yr – $80,000.00/yr. Annual bonus and commission available.
