Overview
Our Quality & Food Safety team makes sure everything Danone does is rooted in quality. From product innovation and ingredient choice to our marketing and delivery methods, it is their job to ensure consumers get the very best. We are currently looking to hire a Market Quality Performance Manager based in Louisville, CO! This position is responsible for working within the QFS department of Danone North America and provides subject matter expertise on overall product quality performance from manufacturing to consumer use. The MQP Manager is the primary lead for Danone's U.S. market quality programs. This role will support the Customer & Consumer Quality functions. This position will also be required to contribute to the MQP strategy development to increase team value. The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $105,000 USD. The exact salary offered will depend on several factors, including the candidate's relevant experience, geographic location, internal equity, and market conditions. Responsibilities
Product complaints analysis and management (consumer & customer)
Key user for primary QFS tools (Veeva, SharePoint, EtQ, Corvium, IQS)
Support the deployment of Veeva as the QFS platform
Work with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in the reduction of product complaints
Acts as an internal partner from the MQP to lead, define, develop, and coach activities to drive improvement in all result areas and KPI's across all levels
Provides accurate, complete, and timely market data used for analysis and helps leadership with a data-driven decision-making
Ensure that concerns are escalated in timely manner to appropriate stakeholders with required information
Contribute to creating and implementing MQP strategy development & improvement to drive team value
All other duties as assigned to support QFS & the business
Qualifications
College degree in science or related field
Minimum of ten (5) years work experience in quality in CPG industry or Trade
Ability to create, analyze, and interpret complex data to provide recommendations
Team player with a focus on people and process to effectively drive results
Effective project manager with the ability to work autonomously with multiple functions
Creative thinker with continuous improvement mindset
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Excellent communicator both written and verbal with audiences across multiple levels
Must be adaptable and flexible
