Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a Product Line Manager - Voltage Regulators. The expected annual salary range for this role is $158,249.97 - $232,099.96 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
What You’ll Do Eaton’s Power Delivery and Regulation Division (PDRD) is seeking a Product Line Manager – Voltage Regulators to join our leadership team. This role will be based in Waukesha, WI, and is subject to up to 30% travel. Relocation assistance is available for candidates who reside within the United States. This Voltage Regulator PLM role, reporting to the Director of Marketing, supports Eaton’s Utility segment customers. As a business development leader with an entrepreneurial spirit, you will establish a comprehensive go-to-market strategy to position PDRD as a leader in the Regulator market focusing on the Utility segment and controls market. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for creating and executing growth strategies, identifying business development opportunities, and developing the product portfolio. Managing capacity expansion efforts will also be key for success in this role to fully leverage Eaton’s capital investments.
In This Role You Will
Develop the strategic plan, product roadmaps, and profit / growth plans (organic & inorganic)
Effectively plan and execute the go-to-market strategy in alignment with the strategic plan.
Define strategic pricing policies – set overall price bands, manage price realization, analyze price trends
Execute product roadmap, based on voice of customer, and deliver key products and features to the market in a timely and cost effective manner
Develop and build the business with key / target customer attainment
Commercial leadership: provide commercial guidance to teams (Americas and Global), address customer issues/needs, collaborate with sales organization, and develop the channel as required
Leads product marketing activities and programs, including product launches, articles and press releases, thought leadership, trade shows and other marketing activities
Measure / manage the product line performance with end-to-end profitability focus according to plan / forecast
Performs periodic reviews of markets and competitors’ technology, products, and price/cost positions to determine requirements for product enhancements and future product developments, including voice of customer
Drive and execute sales / channel strategies that drive increased window to market and win rates
Create & deliver presentations and spreadsheets for Ops reviews, Product Line reviews, staff meetings, sales meetings, customer, profit and strategic plans, etc.
Create and update key Business Metrics (i.e. product line metrics) and reporting for PDRD business. Develop monthly forecasts (orders, sales, mix, margin) based on market trends, engagement of sales channels and understanding of markets
Pursue and manage acquisition opportunities
Qualifications Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited institution
Minimum of 10+ years of professional experience in business development leadership roles, specifically related to the electrical industry (with a preference for energy storage or alternative energy markets)
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in product marketing, account management, or segment marketing

Ability to partner effectively across multiple businesses or groups, collaborating with professionals at varying levels (including C-suite), to develop business and go-to-market strategies
