Epic is looking for a
Financial Performance Analyst
to support the operational success of one of the nation's largest healthcare organizations. The role is based in
Madison, WI
and requires relocation. Epic provides relocation assistance and a four‑week sabbatical after five years.
Responsibilities You will own a portfolio of customer relationships early on and lead discussions that influence healthcare executives. Your key duties include:
Monitor operational metrics and track key performance indicators.
Apply numerical analysis to evaluate revenue cycle risk factors and isolate potential financial risks.
Communicate risks and best practices to customers and internal stakeholders.
Lead cross‑functional discussions and impact decision making.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field with a strong academic record.
Preferred work experience in a Finance‑related field.
Knowledge of financial statements, analytical techniques, and SQL.
Ability to assess the accuracy of data by comparing budgets and forecasts.
Willingness to question assumptions, explain analyses, and form conclusions.
Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
Relocation to Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
COVID‑19 vaccination required.
