Job Summary Join our Sales Commission Operations team in a dynamic hybrid role, based 2-3 days weekly in our Lehi office, where you will play a crucial role in supporting the end-to-end commission payout process for our global sales teams. This fast-paced position offers an excellent opportunity for those who thrive in multitasking environments, requiring exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work within strict deadlines. You'll engage in activities ranging from commission calculations, audits, timely data submission to payroll, addressing commission queries, to leading projects aimed at enhancing our processes and analytics for business partners.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of employee and compensation plan details across systems.
Assist in ad-hoc analysis, tracking monthly key performance metrics, and ensuring correct commission payouts.
Collaborate with payroll for timely and accurate payments to employees, and resolve commission queries promptly.
Contribute to the development and updates of systems, processes, and analytics reporting.
Maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting tools to monitor performance and identify trends, supporting audits and ongoing process improvements.
Must-Have Skills
Strong analytical and quantitative abilities.
Proficiency in Excel, Salesforce, Power BI, and foundational knowledge in Anaplan and SQL.
Excellent communication, organizational skills, and the capability to maintain cross-functional relationships.
Domain Experience Required
Previous experience (2–3 years) in compensation, finance, sales operations, or another analytical role preferred.
Education in business, finance, or a related field is required, with familiarity with compensation structures or sales performance metrics being advantageous.
