Onsite Property Manager | Bilingual

Location: 418 Normandie Ave., Los Angeles, CA 90022
Position Type: Fulltime
Pay Rate: $20.00-$25/hour
Job Summary Community Property Manager maintains the property assigned and performs all related management functions, including but not limited to coordinating leasing and marketing efforts, approving move‑in files, promoting lease renewals, resident relations, team building, and any other duties assigned by the Regional Property Supervisor.
Responsibilities
Able to comply on different deadlines (daily, weekly, monthly)
Assist Regional Property Supervisor in overall operations
Marketing the property and leasing vacant units
Pre‑lease unit prior to becoming vacant and lease within 30 days
Knowledgeable of Fair Housing and BFPM policies
Process invoices and rent collections via Yardi
Monitor rent roll and maintain delinquency report
Serve 3‑day notices per rental agreement, prepare & send notices
Maintain compliance with state, federal, local laws including Fair Housing, Affordable Housing Laws
Handle tenant related concerns and attend legal proceedings
Conduct daily property inspections
Complete make‑readies in 3‑5 business days
Submit monthly market survey reports
Coordinate and follow up with work orders
Provide on‑call emergency services
Ensure residents comply with house rules
Attend all training and meetings as required
Other duties assigned
Requirements
Minimum 2+ years experience in Property Management
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Strong customer service experience
Excellent organizational and time‑management skills
Strong analytical and decision‑making skills
Strong leasing experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams
Yardi Voyager experience preferred
