Process Operator

processes blended flavor batches using equipment such as Homogenizers, Centrifuges, and Filter Presses to meet customer specifications. The role involves interaction with Quality, Production, Management, Maintenance, Rabbis for Kosher approval, and auditors. Key skills include analytical thinking, communication, critical thinking, lean manufacturing practices, mathematical skills, and attention to detail. Responsibilities include:

Adhering to SOPs, GMP standards, food & flavor regulations (including kosher), and documentation requirements. Following all safety protocols, including PPE use. Weighing and documenting ingredients accurately. Processing flavor formulations to meet customer orders. Operating equipment efficiently to produce high-quality products. Using computer programs to maintain process data. Managing ingredient storage with proper lot recording and FIFO rotation. Ensuring OSHA compliance. Cleaning and sanitizing workspaces and equipment. Participating in training sessions on safety, quality, and equipment operation. Completing operational checklists. Supporting and guiding other operators. Managing hazardous waste disposal properly. Performing additional duties as assigned, including acting as a Compounder if needed. Qualifications:

High School Diploma required. Experience in liquid compounding, powder blending, or spray drying preferred. Experience with forklift, SAP, FlexNet, Microsoft, RF Scanner preferred. Flavor industry experience is a plus. Computer literacy required. Initial schedule upon hire is 3 PM - 1:30 AM, Monday-Thursday, transitioning to 2 PM - 10:30 PM, Monday-Friday, after the new plant opening. Additional info:
