We are seeking a Walmart Replenishment Manager who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, is fluent in Walmart systems, and can operate across multiple disciplines, focused on three key areas: Replenishment, Analytics, and Supply Chain. This hybrid role is critical to ensuring the right product, in the right place, at the right time, through operational excellence and strategic collaboration with Walmart’s D10 Automotive team. Role Summary
The Walmart Replenishment Manager will own the end-to-end inventory flow for Walmart US, leading forecasting, allocation, and supply continuity across all ADC brands. This role blends replenishment execution, data analytics, and supplier operations to drive in-stock excellence, on-time shipping, and improved forecast accuracy. Key Responsibilities
Serve as primary forecast demand and replenishment contact for Walmart D10 across all ADC brands. Maintain optimal inventory levels at RDC/IDC and store levels to achieve target in-stocks and GMROI. Manage Walmart systems including Retail Link, Scintilla, NOVA and Item 360 for daily operational execution. Review and respond to PO forecasts, ladder planning, allocation exceptions, and store performance trends. Partner with Walmart Replenishment and Merch to align on forecast drivers, transitions, and modular resets. Analytics
Analyze Scintilla and Retail Link data to identify sales, inventory, and replenishment trends. Develop dashboards and scorecards highlighting OSA %, OOS root causes, DIOH, and inventory health by category and brand. Monitor POS vs forecast variance, raising proactive mitigation actions. Provide weekly reporting and insights to leadership and cross-functional teams. Supply Chain
Partner with ADC’s Supply Chain and factories to ensure on-time production and shipment execution. Track inbound POs, shipping timelines, and fill rates to Walmart’s RDC network. Support allocation and substitution strategies during supply constraints. Own communication with internal logistics teams to align lead times and flow plans with Walmart expectations. Bachelors degree in analytics, business, supply chain or related field, or equivalent level of education and work experience 5+ years’ experience in Walmart Replenishment, Demand Planning, or Supply Chain Management. Strong command of Retail Link, Scintilla, NOVA systems; and ideally, experienced in SAP supply chain analytics and SQL data analysis. Advanced Excel or data visualization skills (Power BI, Tableau a plus). Experience managing multiple categories or modular transitions. Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
