As a Ticket Office Supervisor, you’ll be the go-to expert for show and event information, ensuring our ticketing system runs smoothly and guests feel welcomed from the moment they arrive. Your role is key in turning every interaction into a WOW moment guests will remember long after their visit.**THE DAY-TO-DAY:*** Act as lead on show for all ticketing items including but not limited to inventory placement, guest resolution, tour and promoter communications, financial settlement reports, programming accuracy, sales monitoring, repricing, and offer proposals.* Support event inventory management and generate daily reports for leadership and promoters.* Provide expert guidance to guests on shows, amenities, and local attractions.* Maintain and update ticketing system with current show and tour details.* Assist with front-of-house operations including showroom setup, guest queue management, and arena maintenance.* Act as a liaison for guest concerns, resolving issues with professionalism and care.* Oversee in-house group sales and support external property sales.* Lead HR functions for your team, fostering a culture of collaboration, recognition, and growth.**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:*** Must be at least 21 years of age.* High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.* At least 2 years of prior relevant experience in ticket office or cash handling.* Prior experience in leading/supervising or managing employees preferred.**THE PERKS & BENEFITS:*** Wellness incentive programs to help you stay healthy physically and mentally.* Access to company hotel, food and beverage, retail, and entertainment discounts as well as discounts with company partners on travel, electronics, online shopping, and more.* Free meals in our employee dining room.* Free parking on and off shift.* Health & Income Protection benefits (for eligible employees).* Professional and personal development through programs, networking opportunities, and community involvement.**VIEW JOB DESCRIPTION:****Pay Rate:**The rate for this role is:$28.00Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.Eligible employees have the opportunity to participate in medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans as well as 401(k) and time off plans.
