As a FASTSIGNS Customer Service Representative, you will be the initial contact with current customers as well as prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS Center. You will work with customers via email, telephone, in-person, and at their place of business. You will build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into customers and then into long-term clients.
The sign industry is dynamic and ever-changing. All around you there are signs of all types. You will never be bored in this field as even the smallest jobs up to very large projects are unique and highly customized.
Responsibilities
Serve as the initial contact for current and prospective customers through multiple channels (email, phone, in-person).
Build and maintain relationships to convert prospects into customers and long-term clients.
Prepare estimates, implement work orders, and ensure timely delivery of finished orders.
Participate in daily team meetings and contribute to business and marketing plans.
Support the success of the FASTSIGNS Center through active involvement and collaboration.
Qualifications
Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn, and able to build relationships.
Great listening, documentation, and organizational skills.
Ability to learn to prepare estimates and manage work orders.
High school degree or equivalent.
Customer service experience preferred.
Compensation Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
