Position Overview With limited supervision, the Service/Bar Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the front‑of‑house functions in a high‑volume, full‑service restaurant. Core duties include maintaining a polished dining room and bar area, leading and developing the front‑of‑house team, scheduling, inventory management, and effective communication with the General Manager to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
What We Expect of You
Engage with team members and guests to ensure service excellence
Maintain a strong presence in the dining room, bar, and front door
Oversee learning and development for hourly crew
Organize scheduling for front‑of‑house staff
Interview, hire, and develop front‑of‑house personnel to meet staffing goals
Manage bar inventory and ordering, conducting bi‑weekly wine, liquor, and beer inventory
Partner with the General Manager to keep operations running smoothly
