As a Co-op or Intern, you will gain tools to further your professional development, apply your schooling to real-world projects, and gain hands-on experience while completing your undergraduate degree. Co-op: An 8-month full-time opportunity. Co-ops are immersed in corporate and production environments as full-time team members. Internship: A semester-long, part-time opportunity, with the potential to extend across multiple semesters. Interns gain exposure to our corporate and production environments. Co-op and Intern opportunities span across 18 of Bobcat’s different functions. Role & Responsibility

Identify and evaluate strategic suppliers and execute continuous improvement projects and/or training utilizing Lean Six Sigma principles to achieve world-class supplier performance in Safety, Quality, Delivery and total cost of ownership. Prioritize multiple tasks and identify internal and external resource needs for timely execution of projects and issue resolution within the supply base. Identify and monitor supply chain KPI’s that are aligned with Doosan Bobcat supply chain strategic needs Influence new product designs and supply chain processes to meet quality, delivery and cost targets Mitigate risks from supplier product or process change requests Identify world-class supply chain process/product techniques and technologies to leverage within our internal organization as well as our supply chain while maintaining the intellectual properties of Bobcat and our supply base Perform supply base quality systems, process, capability and capacity audits Job Requirement

Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, or Senior standing in Industrial Engineering, or equivalent 3.0 or higher GPA preferred Be able to commit full-time to Bobcat for the entire term of the co-op (8 months) or internship (4 months) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint) Communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team #WayUp Others
