Key Responsibilities:

Manage resident billing, collections, and financial records

Oversee Medicare/Medicaid and insurance claim processing

Supervise office staff and daily administrative operations

Ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate policies

Provide financial reports to facility leadership

Serve as a liaison between residents, families, and third‑party payers

Qualifications:

Experience in healthcare or long‑term care billing (preferred)

Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance processes

Strong organizational and leadership skills

Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office
