Cordoba Corporation is a leading engineering and design firm based in California. We are seeking a Program Project Controls Lead to support our Education & Facilities Sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and coordinating all cost, schedule, document control, and reporting systems for bond-funded projects. Oversees and updates all digital workflow systems to ensure accurate task tracking, timely updates, and consistent reporting across program teams. Monitors and supports staff responsible for cost, schedule, and document control functions to verify data accuracy and workflow completion. Ensures that all dashboards, reports, and forecasting tools remain current and aligned with program objectives, supporting efficient management and transparent reporting to leadership and oversight committees. Responsibilities

Maintain and coordinate cost, schedule, document control, and reporting systems for bond-funded projects Oversee and update digital workflow systems to ensure:

Accurate task tracking Timely updates Consistent reporting across program teams

Monitor and support staff handling cost, schedule, and document control to verify: Data Accuracy Workflow completion

Ensure dashboards, reports, and forecasting tools are:

Current and aligned with program objectives Supporting efficient management Enabling transparent reporting to leadership and oversight committees

Qualifications

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business, or related field Equivalent professional experience may substitute for formal education Minimum 5 years of experience in:

Project controls Data analytics Workflow system coordination within a capital program or construction environment

Preferred Certifications/Skills Proficiency in project controls software Training or experience in financial forecasting and data analysis Familiarity with public sector reporting and document control standards Equivalent combination of applied training and technical experience Salary Range: $145,000 to $195,000 per year Location: Altadena, CA Work Environment: Onsite Our Company
