Plant Manager
to oversee all daily operations of the manufacturing facility in Utah, this is an on-site role. The ideal candidate will be committed to driving operational excellence, maintaining the highest quality standards and fostering a safe productive work environment. This is an on-site role in Utah Job Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of plant operations, ensuring production schedules are met efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards Manage 5 direct reports across production, maintenance and quality Identify and implement improvements in manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and optimize resource allocation Ensure the plant operates in full compliance with cGMP, FDA and other regulatory guidelines Manage raw materials, finished goods and production schedules Develop and manage performance reports, and analyze operational metrics to support strategic decision-making Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field Minimum 7+ years of manufacturing or plant management experience, ideally in the Nutraceutical contract manufacturing industry Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex manufacturing processes Strong knowledge of cGMP, FDA and industry-specific regulations From Mackenzie Stuart is a leading executive search and selection business.
