Client Onboarding Specialist Hartsdale, NY | $55,000 salary + holiday bonus

Schedule: In-person Monday–Friday | 2 work-from-home days per month after 90 days

About the Opportunity We’re partnering with a growing, people-focused company in the healthcare payments industry that helps medical offices and healthcare providers simplify the way they accept and manage payments. The team is expanding, and they’re looking for an Client Onboarding Specialist to help new customers get set up smoothly and accurately in their systems.

This is a great opportunity for someone with payment processing, merchant services, or finance experience—even just one year—to build a long-term career in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You’ll be part of a collaborative operations team that values efficiency, communication, and attention to detail.

What You’ll Be Doing

Process and enroll new customers for payment and product services in company systems.

Review and verify agreements to make sure information is complete and accurate.

Double-check that each customer receives the correct products and services.

Communicate with sales leaders and managers to update them on progress and timelines.

Follow up with customers or internal teams for missing information or questions.

Stay organized, manage daily tasks, and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.

Collaborate with other departments (sales, operations, support) to ensure customers have a smooth onboarding experience.

Assist with special projects as the team continues to grow.

What They’re Looking For

1+ year of experience in payment processing, merchant services, or finance (banking, billing, or similar).

Strong attention to detail and accuracy when entering or reviewing information.

Good communication skills—both written and verbal.

Organized and efficient, able to manage multiple tasks at once.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based office.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

A self-starter who takes ownership of results and follows through on commitments.
