In this role, you will advance the goal of powering prosperity by preparing complex business tax returns and shaping new product offerings for TurboTax Live Business. What You Will Do

Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products with sound professional judgment and timely service. Provide tax advice, full‑service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries. Maintain sensitive customer information responsibly and securely. Utilize government websites and resources to find accurate answers and communicate them clearly. Interact with customers via video communication software in a professional, reliable, and safe manner, documenting interactions accurately. Adhere to and promote Intuit’s operating values, including "integrity without compromise." Requirements & Qualifications

Strong business tax preparation experience, with at least 3 years of recent experience preparing federal and state business tax returns (e.g., 1065 and/or 1120‑S) for a minimum of 20 clients per season. Active unrestricted credential: EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney. Minimum of 2 seasons of personal tax preparation experience, with at least 30 returns per year in a tax practice or retail setting. Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days. Bookkeeping experience and familiarity with tax preparation software strongly preferred. Preparation of business tax returns for service‑industry customers preferred. Possession of or ability to obtain all related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds. Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN). Commitment to a minimum schedule of at least 20 hours per week throughout the tax season. Knowledge of Circular 230 and strong customer service skills. Proficiency with technology and solid computer operation skills. Excellent verbal and written communication, critical thinking, problem‑solving, research skills, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with minimal supervision. Base pay range: Bay Area, California: $40.10–$46.20 per hour Southern California: $40.10–$46.20 per hour Colorado: $38.20–$43.90 per hour Hawaii: $40.10–$46.20 per hour Illinois: $38.20–$43.90 per hour Maryland: $38.20–$43.90 per hour Massachusetts: $40.10–$46.20 per hour Minnesota: $34.40–$39.56 per hour New Jersey: $40.10–$46.20 per hour New York: $40.10–$46.20 per hour Ohio: $34.40–$39.56 per hour Vermont: $38.20–$43.90 per hour Washington: $40.10–$46.20 per hour Washington DC: $38.20–$43.90 per hour Additional compensation may include a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits.
