Build and maintain relationships with manufacturers, distributors, and healthcare facilities to obtain requested documents Resolve customer inquiries promptly and effectively in order to provide excellent customer service and support Conduct research in order to validate product information and documentation Accurately input and verify data into the oneSOURCE database in order to ensure data integrity and consistency Collaborate with database team members and managers to ensure quality and efficiency What We’re Looking For
Previous working experience working as a Healthcare Technician, such as a pharmacy technician, surgical technician, dental technician, lab technician, etc Proven success consistently maintaining strong attention to detail and accuracy In-depth knowledge on how to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders Excellent time management, organization, and problem-solving skills A knack for working both independently and as part of a team By enabling flexibility in how we work and prioritizing employee wellness, we empower our team to do and be their best.
