Manage and Lead the Team: Manage everyone involved in the project to ensure the plan is clear, expectations are understood, and teamwork is efficient. Oversee the Job from Start to Finish: Plan and manage communication, relationships, schedules, quality standards, and resources to complete the project on time and within budget. Financial Management: HIt revenue goals, oversee owner/subcontractor billing, manage budgets, process change orders, and achieve profitability targets. Communication & Collaboration: Foster open communication and collaboration through regular meetings with project teams and stakeholders. Build strong relationships with owners, architects, partners, and subcontractors. Quality Assurance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to quality standards and oversee all quality control processes to uphold UrbanCore's reputation. What You Need To Succeed

Skills And Experience Requirements

5 years of construction experience Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); Procore preferred Multifamily experience preferred; affordable housing experience a bonus Benefits & Pay
