A&P Mechanic Afternoon Shift - Flight Support
Epic Aircraft is seeking a qualified A&P Mechanic to join our Flight Support team for an afternoon shift. This role is a key contributor to maintaining and repairing turbine-powered aircraft, ensuring compliance with FAA regulations and our Part 145 Repair Station manual.

Base Pay $30.00/hr – $50.00/hr (DOE)
Responsibilities
Maintain, repair, replace and troubleshoot aircraft systems
Troubleshoot and correct discrepancies, including aviation safety issues
Recommend part changes or adjustments to aircraft specifications to improve performance
Document and maintain maintenance paperwork per regulatory requirements
Other duties as assigned or required
Overtime and occasional travel may be requested
Qualifications
FAA Airframe and Powerplant license or AMT
Student candidates who have completed the majority of coursework but still need to complete FAA testing considered
New graduates and experienced A&P mechanics encouraged to apply
Experience with Pratt & Whitney PT6A engines preferred, but not required
Avionics experience highly desirable (training provided)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem‑solving skills and excellent customer service
Professional appearance and ability to follow written and verbal instructions, including paperwork completion
Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs. with assistance and work in tight or uncomfortable spaces
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Employment contingent on passing pre‑employment drug and alcohol testing and random subsequent testing

Competitive wages: $30–$50/hr plus a $1/hr shift differential
