Travel MRI Tech - $2,911 per week in San Diego, CA

Job Title: MRI Technologist Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: MRI Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 4x10-Hour or Night 4x10-Hour Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in MR Cardiac imaging with/without contrast and MR Cardiac imaging with stress with/without contrast. License: Current ARRT MR, ARRT R, and BLS certifications are required. Certifications: Venipuncture certification is required. Must-Have: Extensive cardiac MRI experience is a must, with a statement on experience and training required. Description: The role requires extensive cardiac MRI experience. Pediatric cardiac MRI experience is strongly preferred. Technologists will be responsible for conducting MR Cardiac imaging with and without contrast. They will also perform MR Cardiac imaging with stress with and without contrast. Candidates should have experience with Epic charting. Experience in pediatric acute care and outpatient settings is preferred. Specialized equipment includes GE Discovery 450, GE HDxT 23-Trailer, Siemens Magnetom Sola, and Bracco (Medrad) injector system. Technologists may be required to float to different units as needed. The position requires working every other weekend. On-call coverage is required during specified hours. The expected patient population includes neonates, adolescents, infants, adults, and pediatrics. Travelers are expected to work during holidays.
