Responsibilities and Duties
Provide comprehensive general family practice care to patients
Deliver healthcare services tailored to the needs of the native population
Assess, diagnose, and manage a variety of acute and chronic conditions
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies
Adhere to organizational protocols and standards of care
Additional Information
Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) required
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Experience in tribal health or rural health settings preferred
Must be licensed to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in any state
