Litigation Associate
to join its nationally recognized trial team. This role is ideal for a motivated attorney with
3 years of litigation experience
who is ready to accelerate their courtroom career. Unlike big-firm roles where junior attorneys spend years behind the scenes, here you’ll gain immediate
hands‑on litigation and trial experience
with direct mentorship from seasoned trial lawyers.

Key Responsibilities
Litigate a docket of personal injury cases from filing through trial.
Draft persuasive pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Conduct and defend depositions.
Represent clients at hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
Collaborate with senior trial attorneys to develop winning case strategies.
Negotiate settlements and advocate aggressively for clients.
Qualifications
Licensed and in good standing with the
Missouri Bar
(Illinois license strongly preferred).
3 years of litigation experience
(personal injury or insurance defense background highly valued).
Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
A resilient, driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a high-performance environment.
