Area Description The GFiber Inventory Acquisition team partners with the real‑estate industry to secure rights for installing our infrastructure and gaining access to potential customers across multifamily, commercial, and single‑family properties.
Role Description As an MDU Sales Executive, you will use your sales skills to manage accounts, advocate for the GFiber brand, and build the sales pipeline through prospecting and partner relationships in assigned geographies. Your success will be measured by the number of households that can order GFiber services through outside‑field activities.
In this role, you’ll
Own relationships with GFiber partners who own individual or small property portfolios; drive inventory growth autonomously.
Leverage foundational knowledge of sales and relationship development to complete basic account responsibilities, including managing the full business process, establishing strong relationships with property developers, managers, HOAs, business customers, and other stakeholders, hosting events or attending meetings, and networking to build the GFiber brand.
Understand the fundamentals of the GFiber network and be able to introduce and explain it to new residential and commercial clients.
Maintain a healthy funnel built upon a variety of promotional activities (cold calling, prospecting, mailers, warm follow‑ups, networking).
Support cross‑functional teams in coordinating and conducting site surveys and acquisition tasks as requested by the Head of Sales.
Minimum qualifications
2 years of sales negotiation experience.
2 years of experience with contracts or access agreements working cross‑functionally.
2 years of experience managing a funnel in a 30‑to‑90 day sale cycle.
Valid driver’s license.
Ability to pass a motor‑vehicle check that meets company standards.
Preferred Qualifications (PQs)
Experience in telecom sales.
Experience in the local market.
Experience using a CRM database.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to promptly provide information to internal and external stakeholders and customers.
Compensation: Competitive on‑target earnings (OTE) of $106,669 annually ($64,000 base + uncapped sales bonus) plus benefits.
