About the Role Join a team working on what the future of Enterprise looks like! Our Global Product Team is currently looking for two Senior Product Managers—one to support the
Vehicle Operations Portfolio
and the other to support the
Risk/Claims Management Portfolio . An interest in future technology is a must, as you will support multiple products through the entire product development lifecycle, including product design, build, launch, adoption, and success measurement. Leaders in this role will establish effective partnerships across departments and leverage existing operational and product experience to test, pilot, and scale new initiatives across our operations.
These opportunities will support new projects and optimization and support of our legacy Vehicle Operation Products or our Risk/Claims Management Products. From product vision to launch and beyond, you’ll leverage advanced tools and frameworks to streamline development, foster cross‑functional collaboration, and ensure alignment with business goals. You’ll be a key voice in shaping product strategy, translating user and business insights into actionable roadmaps, and guiding teams through execution with clarity and purpose.
This position is located at our Corporate Headquarters in Clayton, MO. This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities
Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and business cases aligned with company goals.
Advocate for customer needs and business objectives in daily decision‑making.
Develop action plans to address technology issues hindering strategic objectives.
Manage medium to large complex products or product suites through the entire product lifecycle.
Confirm product development completion and readiness for market launch.
Ensure delivery of high‑value solutions using agile methodologies.
Partner with Product Strategy, Development, Customer Experience, and UX teams to define and prioritize the product roadmap.
Collaborate with Implementation and Communications teams to drive product engagement and awareness.
Manage implementation of product development projects with internal teams and third‑party vendors.
Play a key role in development efforts including planning, refinement, user acceptance testing, retrospectives, sprints, and scrums.
Curate and evaluate new ideas for alignment with strategic objectives.
Own selection and prioritization of product enhancements.
Integrate feedback and requests into the product roadmap and development processes.
Conduct primary and secondary market research to inform product decisions.
Review product specifications to ensure strategic alignment and commercial viability.
Manage product financials including growth, user adoption, profitability, and ROI.
Provide short‑ and long‑term financial forecasts.
Qualifications Required:
Must have a Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Marketing, Technology, or applicable field preferred)
Must have 5+ years’ experience as a Product Manager, Technical Project Manager, or Business Analyst
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
