Los Angeles and San Francisco Offices: For all positions based in the Los Angeles and San Francisco offices, residency within the state of California and within a reasonable commutable distance to the assigned office is required depending on the firm's discretion and the nature of the role.
Salary Range:
$27.00/hour

As a Litigation Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in providing valuable insights and assistance to our clients’ legal matters.

The Litigation Analyst works as a billable resource in the Firm that provides value to specific projects on client matters. A Litigation Analyst works on research projects, fact development, timelines, court filings, witness interviews and other case needs to support the Firm’s litigation department.
Job Functions & Responsibilities
Assist with research projects, fact development, timelines and other case needs to support the Firm’s litigation practice.
Assist with case file organization and general file management under the supervision of a paralegal or attorney.
Proofread documents in preparation of filing with a keen attention to detail.
Draft summaries of legal analysis and professional emails to document status of projects.
Work effectively and collaboratively with all members of the Firm.
Tools
Westlaw and/or other online internet research tools preferable
Qualifications & Skill Requirements
B.A. or B.S. degree from an accredited college or university with a cumulative GPA of 3.6 or higher preferred.
Strong interest in pursuing a future legal career.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational, reasoning and research skills.
Ability to respond quickly to constantly changing instructions and understand complex and substantive case facts and themes.
