Senior Accounting Manager Are you an experienced Technical Accounting or SEC Reporting Manager looking for your next opportunity with a thriving startup? This role focuses on GL reconciliations, SEC reporting, fixed assets, and debt accounting.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field

7+ years of public/private accounting experience

Active CPA or close to it

Advanced Excel

Responsibilities

Prepare 10Q, 10K, and 8K for SEC filing

Stay on top of new accounting standards and update policies

Technical accounting research and prepare memos

XBRL reporting

Assist with month‑end close

Assist with annual audit

MD&A reporting

Management analysis and reports as needed

Oversee work of 2 Staff Accountants

Maintain fixed asset schedule and lease impacts

Quarterly debt accounting reporting
