This is an exciting opportunity to work with sophisticated clients across industries on complex business transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and corporate governance matters.

Key Responsibilities

Negotiate and manage M&A transactions on both buy‑ and sell‑side engagements.

Draft, review, and revise corporate and commercial agreements, including shareholder, partnership, and joint venture documents.

Provide strategic legal advice on corporate governance, entity formation, and compliance issues.

Conduct due diligence, review transaction structures, and advise on risk mitigation.

Collaborate with partners and clients to deliver high‑quality legal solutions aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of corporate law experience, preferably in an Am Law or established regional firm.

Strong understanding of corporate, finance, real estate, and tax principles.

Admitted to the Texas State Bar.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and develop client relationships.
