Summary
Maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner consistent with the mission, vision and values of the organization. As a mid to senior level Technical Product Owner, you will collaborate with internal teams across the organization, external Partners and the Product Team to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into personas & user journeys, product requirements and user stories. Oversee all stages of product creation including design and development, monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process. Strategically diagnose problems, identify possible solutions and collaborate with impacted groups to drive decisions. Be the continuing subject matter expert on all assigned products.
Duties And Responsibilities
Research employing a range of methodologies to generate new product ideas and alignment.
Collaboration through engagement with UI/UX team to plan, design and architect elements of product roadmap.
Define acceptance criteria for features and user stories.
Actively work with engineering team to ensure front end & back end stories fulfill product design and enablement.
Actively create, manage and prioritize the product backlog based on changing requirements.
Manage vendor relationships working on assigned products for satisfactory performance executing on schedule and on budget.
Facilitate and/or attend and participate in sprint ceremonies (Refinement, Sprint Planning, Demos etc.).
Aggregate demand from different stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of their problems to solution and communicate them effectively.
In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology.
Engagement with organization to ensure new product releases / deployments are well documented with training, communication on operational impacts and measurable product performance KPIs.
Additional Responsibilities
Collaborate with vendors, the product team, and end-users to deliver updates.
Provide training and support to internal and external customers as assigned.
Working knowledge of product development architecture.
Any additional requirements as assigned by direct manager.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to lead through ambiguity.
Strategic thinker with tactical delivery experience.
Proactive collaborator who drives clarity and decision-making.
Organized, detail-oriented, and self-directed.
This role is eligible for a hybrid schedule. Up to three days a week may be worked from home in accordance with the telecommuting policy.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Product Management, or a related field is preferred.
3–5 years of experience in a product management or technical product ownership role.
Demonstrated success leading technically complex product initiatives.
Proficient in Agile methodologies, backlog grooming, and product delivery tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
Working knowledge of APIs, databases, system architecture, and secure development practices.
