We are seeking an experienced Marketing Director to lead our overall marketing strategy, demand generation, and brand growth initiatives. This role is ideal for a data driven marketer with a strong B2B background, hands‑on HubSpot experience, and proven success in developing, executing, and optimizing integrated campaigns across multiple channels, including email and automation‑driven lead nurturing.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and own the overall marketing strategy and annual marketing plan to achieve company growth objectives.
Design and manage B2B demand generation programs that drive qualified leads and revenue.
Plan, manage, and optimize the marketing budget and ad spend across digital and traditional channels.
Lead email marketing programs including automation workflows, segmentation, and performance tracking.
Partner closely with Sales to align marketing initiatives with pipeline goals and conversion strategies.
Oversee and optimize multi‑channel campaigns across digital, social, events, and traditional media.
Manage and mentor internal marketing staff and external agencies or contractors.
Measure and analyze campaign performance to guide strategy, allocation, and ROI improvement.
Maintain and grow the company’s brand presence and reputation across all platforms.
Oversee content and creative strategy, including design, copy, PR, and social media.
Leverage HubSpot and other marketing automation tools for campaign execution and reporting.
Ensure consistent branding and messaging across tradeshows, digital assets, and advertising.
Qualifications and Skills
BA/BS or MA/MS in Marketing or related field.
5+ years of experience in a strategic B2B marketing role with a focus on demand generation.
Proven ability to develop marketing strategies that drive measurable business results.
Demonstrated success managing marketing budgets and advertising spend.
Expertise in email marketing and automation, including segmentation, workflows, and analytics.
Hands‑on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms.
Strong leadership and management skills, including experience guiding teams and vendors.
Deep understanding of digital and traditional marketing, including SEO, SEM, social, and media buying.
Experience leading go‑to‑market (GTM) initiatives and campaign launches.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills.
Agency background preferred.
