Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions focused on GenAI and LLM applications for healthcare. Architect and implement AI agents that automate complex workflows such as real‑time clinical summaries and patient care management. Integrate LLM capabilities with healthcare datasets, ensuring robust performance, scalability, and compliance with HIPAA/HITRUST standards.

Generative AI & LLM Innovation

Develop and fine‑tune LLMs for healthcare‑specific use cases such as automated documentation, QA, and predictive analytics. Synthesize insights from multimodal healthcare data (EHRs, imaging, claims, demographics) to enhance patient care and operational efficiency. Implement reinforcement learning and human feedback (RLHF) approaches to improve model performance in real‑world healthcare settings.

Solution Development

Design intelligent AI agents to automate tasks such as chart reviews, care plan generation, and clinical quality analytics. Oversee scalable pipelines for integrating healthcare data into GenAI models while maintaining data privacy and security.

Strategic Collaboration

Work with cross‑functional teams, including healthcare providers and engineers, to align GenAI and LLM initiatives with business objectives and healthcare requirements. Drive adoption of AI solutions in clinical and operational workflows.

Performance Optimization

Lead efforts to optimize LLM performance for real‑time, high‑accuracy use cases in healthcare environments. Implement monitoring frameworks to ensure AI/ML solutions meet quality benchmarks and provide actionable insights efficiently.

Thought Leadership

Stay at the cutting edge of GenAI, LLM, and AI agent advancements, contributing to Oracle's leadership in intelligent healthcare innovation. Publish findings, present at industry conferences, and mentor junior team members on best practices for generative AI and LLM development.

Qualifications

Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. Ph.D. preferred. Experience: 8+ years in AI/ML with strong focus on GenAI, LLMs, or AI agent development; proven track record of deploying and scaling solutions in production, especially in healthcare or regulated industries. Technical Skills: Expertise in GenAI and LLM frameworks (OpenAI GPT, BERT, transformer architectures); proficiency in fine‑tuning LLMs and integrating them with enterprise applications; cloud platform experience (OCI, AWS, Azure, or GCP); strong programming in Python with libraries such as Hugging Face Transformers, TensorFlow, or PyTorch; knowledge of multimodal data integration and analytics. Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of healthcare systems, EHR standards (FHIR, HL7), value‑based care metrics; familiarity with regulatory requirements (HIPAA, HITRUST). Leadership & Communication: Ability to engage stakeholders to drive AI adoption, strong problem‑solving skills, and deliver results in high‑impact environments. Benefits
