The role offers advancement potential, with a path toward the GC position, and the chance to shape legal and business decisions at a pivotal stage in the company’s expansion. Responsibilities:
Provide expert legal counsel on a broad range of corporate matters. Advise and oversee mergers and acquisitions. Manage real estate transactions, ensuring full compliance with regulations and company policies. Review, negotiate, and draft finance documents, including bank credit agreements. Advise on employment law issues as they arise. Draft, review, and negotiate vendor contracts. Collaborate with the executive leadership team to support company operations and strategic growth. Must-Have Skills:
8-10 years of experience in general corporate law. Expertise in mergers and acquisitions Exposure to real estate transactions, employment and labor laws, and financial agreements. Proven ability in contract negotiation and drafting for complex transactions. Licensed in MA. Nice-to-Have Skills:
Law firm and in-house experience. Experience working with or managing local counsel across multiple jurisdictions. Background in real estate transactions and/or construction law. Strong relationship-building skills with both internal teams and external partners. Ability to adapt to fast-paced, evolving business environments.
