Entegra is seeking a Senior Manager, Client Enrollment & Adoption to join their team. The role bridges the gap between initial setup and long‑term engagement, using scalable tools and proactive strategies to drive adoption of Entegra’s offerings. The Senior Manager will manage the enrollment process, deliver resources to support client activation, monitor early usage to identify clients needing additional support, maintain accurate documentation, and contribute to enrollment playbooks and templates. Ultimately, this position is critical to ensuring a consistent, high‑quality experience for new clients and supporting Entegra’s transformation to a data‑driven, client‑centric model.
What You’ll Do
Manage client enrollment process from setup to activation
Deliver scalable adoption resources (guides, videos, tooltips)
Monitor early usage and flag clients needing support
Collaborate with internal teams to improve client journey
Maintain enrollment documentation and assist with playbooks and templates

What You Bring
Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience with CEM (CRM) systems and digital engagement tools
Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize effectively
Knowledge of client lifecycle management and adoption strategies
Analytical skills to track metrics and identify trends
Experience in procurement, hospitality, foodservice, SAAS, or related industries preferred
Advanced proficiency with CRM (CEM), client success, and workflow management platforms
Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver training materials or client‑facing resources
Project management certification or experience leading cross‑functional initiatives
Previous experience with data analysis, reporting, and client segmentation tools
Proven track record of driving client adoption and engagement in a B2B or B2C environment
Experience collaborating with sales, marketing, and distribution teams
Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to adapt in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
