What The Role Is:
The Treasury Management (TM) Onboarding Specialist I is responsible for supporting a team of Treasury Management Sales Officers (TMO) and Relationship Managers (RM) ensuring the smooth implementation of all Treasury products, ACH, Wire, Positive Pay, Remote Deposit Capture, Lockbox, Bill Pay, File Mapping etc. This position is expected to meet with assigned clients during the implementation to execute the agreed upon contract, build relationships, provide client training, and ensure client satisfaction. This position plays a key role in the end‑to‑end of customer implementation function for Treasury Management Services and is critical to a high‑quality onboarding customer experience.
How You will Make an Impact
Identify clients requirements and provide subject matter expertise regarding product onboarding and file transmittal data mapping.
Create and manage project plans and timelines to ensure the client is in production by requested go live date.
Provide matrix leadership to cross‑functional teams to accomplish project tasks and timelines.
Communicate and share information in a way that leads to meaningful conversations and to be efficient in addressing the real issue and finding the best path forward.
Implement business processes and configuration necessary to meet client requirements.
Execute all necessary onboarding agreements, contracts, and exhibits in order to adhere to all audit requirements.
Overcome new challenges, provide concrete results of your engagement and ability to anticipate and proactively take initiative to qualify a problem or challenge resulting in a (creative) solution.
Proactively identify, evaluate, recommend, and implement changes to operational processes/procedures resulting in departmental efficiencies.
Manage and lead productive client onboarding and post‑onboarding meetings with all involved parties.
Work with vendors for third‑party services by managing expectations and monitoring deliverables.
Work independently and manage workflow and expectations with little oversight.
Travel occasionally for onsite client meetings.
Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of competitors' products and pricing in the market.

Knowledge of treasury management products, functions, support systems, and related policies, procedures, and regulatory issues.
Three or more years of previous implementation/project management experience with ACH, Wire, Positive Pay, Remote Deposit Capture, Lockbox, Bill Pay, File Mapping, etc.
Ability to work independently with an analytical aptitude.
Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to manage internal and external relationships effectively.
A track record of gaining an understanding of client needs and delivering excellent customer service.
Ability to self‑prioritize and excellent time‑management skills.
Strong planning, project organization skills, and attention to detail.
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Salesforce, and Commercial Center.
