NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a
VP of Financial Planning and Analysis
to join our client's team in
Manhattan, NY . This is an onsite, direct hire position.
SALARY:
$228-$286K + Bonus (depending on experience)

Requirements
Consumer lending FP&A (credit economics, CAC/CLTV, provisioning, BNPL/lending/leasing) – most important
15 years experience with at least 5 years in leadership roles
Hypergrowth + hands‑on FP&A build‑out experience
Corporate finance rigor (Big 4 or structured FP&A cycles/governance)
SQL, NetSuite, Anaplan, Tableau/Looker
Public company experience (SOX-lite, dual listing prep)
Lending/credit risk modeling background
AI/automation integration in finance
Board presence/gravitas/ownership/well spoken
Responsibilities
Lead FP&A strategy, planning cycles, forecasting, and scenario modeling
Own exec/Board reporting + financial storytelling
Partner with Product, Risk, Marketing, and Sales on unit economics + investments
Drive AI/automation adoption in forecasting/reporting
Build and mentor FP&A team; scale structure as business grows
Act as proxy for US CFO when needed
