Role Description
Trek Health is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to lead GTM strategy, orchestrate systems, and implement processes to scale our GTM organization. You’ll be the architect of Trek Health’s GTM infrastructure — building the systems, processes, and insights that power our growth. This is a high‑impact, hands‑on role at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and execution. This is a foundational role within Trek Health’s go‑to‑market team. This role is Remote with a small office in San Ramon, CA and will report to the VP of Sales.
What You’ll Do
Strategic Enablement
Partner with the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership team to design and execute the end‑to‑end revenue funnel
Build and manage core GTM infrastructure (CRM, dashboards, automation, forecasting)
Define, track, and improve key metrics across pipeline, conversion, retention, and expansion
Operational Excellence
Own CRM (Salesforce) and Account Engagement (Pardot) configuration, reporting, and data integrity
Develop scalable processes for lead routing, deal management, renewals, and forecasting
Implement tools and workflow dependencies for outbound, marketing automation, and post‑sale tracking (e.g. Gong/Avoma, Outreach, Nooks, etc.)
Analytics & Insights
Deliver recurring revenue and pipeline reports with actionable insights
Build dashboards that align sales, marketing, and CS around shared goals
Conduct ad‑hoc analysis on conversion funnels, CAC, and churn
Collaborate with leadership to define opportunity distribution, identify market gaps, and drive segmentation strategies to drive revenue
Track why we win, why we lose, and what signals matter most
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Partner with marketing on lead attribution and campaign performance and identify gaps and opportunities
Work with finance on quota, territory planning, and revenue forecasting
Collaborate with customer success to monitor renewals and upsells, and proactively anticipate churn and negative customer sentiment
Who You Are
4–7 years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, or related GTM roles (startup experience preferred)
Deep experience managing CRM systems (Salesforce) and very comfortable with problem-solving within a variety of platforms
Strong analytical and data visualization skills (Excel, Looker, Tableau, or equivalent)
Proven ability to translate data into strategy and operational improvement
Comfortable operating independently in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment
Excellent communication skills and able to articulate data and insights to business owners clearly and concisely
A builder - you enjoy creating systems and structure from scratch
Why Trek Health
Chance to join at the ground floor of a rapidly growing health tech company revolutionizing the way providers interact with insurance companies
Direct impact on how we scale GTM strategy and execution
Collaborate closely with leadership in a transparent, high‑ownership culture
