This is an on‑site full‑time role for a Supply Chain Operations Manager located in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area. We're seeking an experienced Supply Chain Operations Manager to oversee our international manufacturing operations and retail partnerships. This role requires a strategic leader who can manage complex factory relationships, negotiate pricing across the supply chain, and contribute to our technology development.

Key Responsibilities

Factory Management & Quality Control:

Manage daily communication with international factories, coordinate production schedules, and conduct quality assessments to ensure products meet standards for production

Pricing & Contract Negotiation:

Negotiate costs with factories and wholesale pricing with buyers, develop pricing strategies, and communicate contract requirements to manufacturing partners

Production Planning & Order Management:

Place production orders with factories, resolve manufacturing issues and delays, and coordinate order fulfillment to ensure on‑time delivery to customers

Supply Chain Coordination:

Plan and coordinate shipping/logistics operations while working closely with warehouse and logistics teams to optimize distribution efficiency

Technology Integration & Process Improvement:

Utilize and provide feedback on our supply chain software, identify system improvements, and recommend enhancements based on industry best practices

Data Analysis & Forecasting:

Analyze supply chain data using BI tools, create production forecasts aligned with product lifecycle and seasonal demands, and report key metrics to leadership

Cross‑Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with Design, Sales, and Factory teams while leveraging bilingual communication skills to facilitate international operations

Technology Adaptation:

Learn and implement emerging technologies to continuously improve business processes and supply chain efficiency

Qualifications

3+ years experience in supply chain management, international manufacturing, or operations, preferably in fashion/footwear industry

Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese

(required for factory communication)

Experience with international trade, factory management, and vendor relationship management

Proficiency with ERP/PLM systems and BI tools

Strong negotiation skills and experience with pricing strategies across supply chain

Knowledge of compliance standards, factory auditing, and ethical manufacturing practices

Experience with quality control processes and production planning

Strong analytical skills with ability to create forecasts and analyze supply chain data

Willingness to travel internationally (China) as needed

Interest in AI and emerging technology applications

Experience with apparel or fashion industry supply chains preferred

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Operations, or related field preferred
