The Senior Property Manager will oversee all aspects of property operations, including tenant relations, financial management, service contracts, and overall maintenance. Responsibilities include implementing property management policies, preparing budgets and financial reports, coordinating vendors and contractors, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and addressing tenant needs. Qualifications
Property management expertise, including operational knowledge and tenant relations experience
Financial acumen with skills in budgeting, financial reporting, and expense management
Project and vendor management experience, including oversight of maintenance and service contracts
Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and decision‑making skills
Proficiency with property management software and general computer skills
Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders, tenants, and team members
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
Professional certifications such as CPM (Certified Property Manager) or RPA (Real Property Administrator) are a plus
