We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team on a long‑term contract basis in North Haven, Connecticut. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in analyzing complex processes, identifying gaps, and driving effective solutions. The position requires a strong background in business analysis and excellent communication skills to collaborate across various teams. Responsibilities

Analyze and evaluate business processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend effective solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Review and assess documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to standards. Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies and contribute to the development of project deliverables. Conduct gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current and desired states and propose actionable strategies. Work closely with call center teams to understand customer service workflows and optimize operations. Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations effectively. Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of proposed changes. Monitor and track project progress, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance business analysis processes. Requirements

Proven experience in business analysis, with a focus on process improvement and documentation. Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies and their application in project management. Expertise in conducting gap analysis and delivering actionable insights. Familiarity with call center customer service workflows and operations. Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration. Proficiency in creating detailed reports and presentations. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. Benefits
