The Global TA Partner will lead a small, high-performing team. Previous experience in global recruiting is required, along with a strong track record of hiring within manufacturing or related industries.

This position is full-time on-site in the Paramus, NJ area. Candidates must go on-site five days a week.

As the Global Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll play a strategic role in shaping the company's global hiring efforts. You'll lead end-to-end recruitment initiatives across multiple regions, partnering closely with business leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored hiring solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of international talent markets and a proactive approach to sourcing top talent in industrial and manufacturing sectors.

The Global TA Partner will serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, using data-driven insights to influence hiring decisions and continuously improve recruitment outcomes across global markets. You'll also contribute to employer branding, optimize recruitment processes, and ensure a seamless candidate experience across all touchpoints.

Description

Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies to meet global hiring goals.

Collaborate with department leaders to identify staffing needs and create recruitment plans.

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.

Analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring processes and strategies.

Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.

Promote employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in the Business Services industry.

Provide guidance and training to hiring managers on best practices for recruitment and selection.

Profile

Proven expertise in talent acquisition and global recruitment strategies in the manufacturing sector.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment technology tools.
