The Opportunity: CCI is making a significant impact in the Intel community modernizing Human Capital Management by bringing commercial HCM capabilities to our federal customers. We are replacing a 20+ year old legacy system by modernizing the core technology, reducing the number of interdependent systems, and bringing user self-service to our customer. As a PeopleSoft HRMS Application Developer, you will work with the newest capabilities within Oracle PeopleSoft over the course of the multi-year program, with discussions underway to include digital chatbots to help the customer do more with less as the technology matures.
Responsibilities:
Drive technical solution design, development, deployment/cutover, and implementation covering all technical aspects of the PeopleSoft implementation lifecycle
Provide hands-on technical solutions to business challenges & translate them into process/technical solutions
Provide technical development, utilizing PeopleTools, and system design skills.
Work with Requirements Analysts to understand user stories and deliver features/capabilities each sprint
Analyze the impacts of vendor-provided updates and upgrades to the system
Work with Product Owner and Requirements Analyst to suggest approaches to minimize customizations
Provide production support by analyzing, designing, programming, and testing solutions to complex problems
Develop test scenarios and test cases
Correct data in critical situations
Qualifications: Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field. Experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Three (3) years of experience in information systems implementation, change management efforts, or application process redesign
One (1) year of technical development experience with PeopleSoft HRMS ERP, including recent experience with PeopleSoft 9.x
Three (3) years of experience in developing, prototyping, and testing solutions for information systems implementation
One (1) year of experience with ORACLE and SQL commands
Technical development experience with Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) technology
Technical development experience implementing PeopleSoft
Current and active TS/SCI clearance with a Polygraph
Work onsite in Chantilly, VA
Desired:
Experience applying management skills and technical expertise to lead projects
Subject matter expertise in industry, process, or technology areas
Experience with design and process documentation
Experience with unit testing IT applications
Customer domain experience
Certified PeopleSoft training in various modules

Pay Range Salary is influenced by factors such as location, experience, skills, and certifications. We offer comprehensive benefits including healthcare, wellness, financial, retirement, family support, education, and time off. The proposed salary range is: $72,700 - $149,200.
