Translate business requirements into functional Salesforce solutions using declarative-first approach. Design, develop, test, document, and deploy features aligned with the Salesforce Well-Architected framework. Clarify MVP and scope, evaluate platform-first options (e.g., AppExchange), and compare alternatives before coding. Collaborate with product owners, analysts, and peers to gather requirements and deliver solutions. Estimate effort and communicate trade-offs, risks, and decision criteria. Use agile feedback loops to refine decisions and prioritize effectively. Manage user access, data quality, automation, reports, dashboards, and AppExchange packages. Develop Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, LWCs, Aura components, Visualforce, and JavaScript as needed. Build and manage integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, External Services). Implement CI/CD pipelines (Salesforce DX) and coordinate production deployments. Design intuitive, accessible solutions that drive adoption and positive user experiences. Prototype, experiment, and scale successful solutions. Maintain org configuration, sandbox refreshes, and metadata. Partner with architects and data teams to enforce best practices. Integrate third-party applications and maintain technical documentation. Support releases, bug fixes, and troubleshoot issues. Provide technical support and documentation for Level 1 technicians. Stay current on Salesforce releases and participate in community events. Collaborate with Baird Trailblazer group to share ideas and learn. Skills & Qualifications

Technical Profile: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience/certifications). Suggested Certifications: Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer. Experience with Sales Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, MuleSoft preferred. Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, LWCs, SOQL, Flows, and JavaScript. Familiarity with Microsoft development tools (C#, MVC, ASP.NET, Web API) is a plus. Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and object relationships. Experience with Git, version control, CI/CD tools (Salesforce DX), and integrations. Excellent communication and team collaboration skills. Experience with documentation and training is a plus. Agile methodology experience preferred (Kanban, User Stories, Sizing, Retro). Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills. Understanding of change management methodologies is a plus. The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $75.00/hr.
