DPAS (ELMS) Analyst
This position is located in
Williamsburg, VA
and is contingent on contract award.
Job Summary
The DPAS Analyst is responsible for maintaining accuracy and integrity of all NAVELSG Table of Allowance assets within the Defense Property Accountability System - Warehouse Module (DPAS-WM).
This role ensures operations compliance and procedural tracking for the receipt, issue, stowage, and accountability of TOA assets across approximately 260 facilities and 450 assemblies.
The analyst conducts detailed data entry, location management, and serial-number tracking while performing regular Floor-to-Book and Book-to-Floor reconciliations to maintain 100 percent audit-ready inventory status.
Additional duties include uploading ILO inventories, tracking Item Unique Identification (IUID) markings, assigning Local Stock Numbers (LSNs) where NSNs are absent, and ensuring proper linkage to related systems such as OMMS‑NG and JCM.
The DPAS Analyst also supports development of warehouse layout schemas, updates cost and configuration data and prepares inventory accuracy reports to support Monthly Status Reports.
This position is critical to sustaining the accountability, configuration control, and readiness visibility.
Maintain accurate TOA asset records in DPAS‑WM and ELMS.
Perform data entry, asset tracking, and configuration updates for TOA facilities and assemblies.
Conduct periodic inventory reconciliations and floor-to-book audits.
Support analysis of TOA inventory accuracy, loss prevention, and readiness impact.
Assist with generation of warehouse location schemas and storage plans.
Collaborate with ILS/ILO and Warehouse Managers to support reconstitution activities.
Clearance Requirements There is a Secret security clearance requirement for this position at the time of proposal submission.
Required Skills & Certifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain Management or Information Systems. Associate’s Degree and/or combination of directly related military service may be considered as well.
3 + years of experience with DPAS-WM or other DoD APSRs.
Knowledge of MILSTRIP, OMMS‑NG, JCM, and NAVSUP logistics processes.
Attention to detail and understanding of property accountability standards.
U.S. Citizen; Active SECRET Clearance required.
Annual Information Assurance and Cyber Awareness training required.
Desired Skills & Certifications
DPAS user certification preferred.
