Power BI Specialist
with hands‑on experience developing impactful dashboards, reports, and data models that drive business decisions. You’ll work closely with cross‑functional teams to transform data into clear, actionable insights and help enhance our organization’s business intelligence capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
Create and optimize data models using Power BI, DAX, and Power Query.
Integrate data from multiple sources, ensuring consistency and reliability.
Collaborate with business users to understand reporting requirements and deliver effective BI solutions.
Analyze data trends and provide insights to support strategic initiatives.
Implement best practices for report design, performance optimization, and data governance.
Support the continuous improvement of BI tools, data processes, and automation.
Qualifications Required
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience working with Power BI in a business or technical environment.
Strong knowledge of DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling principles.
Proficiency with Excel and experience working with relational databases (SQL).
Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and communicate findings to non‑technical stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
Preferred
Experience with Power BI Service (publishing, workspace management, row-level security).
Familiarity with cloud data environments such as Azure or AWS.
Experience with ETL processes and data integration tools.
Knowledge of additional BI or visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) is a plus.
