Supply Chain Planner (AI/GPU Operations) Duration:

Contract (with potential for extension or conversion)

Schedule:

Full-time, Monday to Friday (40 hours/week)

About the Role We’re looking for a data‑driven and detail‑oriented Supply Chain Planner to join a high‑impact operations team supporting AI and GPU‑related hardware deployments. In this role, you’ll manage end‑to‑end supply and demand planning, collaborate with suppliers to ensure availability and timely delivery, and use data insights to optimize cost, service levels, and inventory. You’ll play a critical role in building scalable processes to support one of the fastest‑growing areas in technology – AI infrastructure and hardware supply chains.

Key Responsibilities

Support the development and execution of forward and reverse supply plans to ensure operational efficiency.

Perform supply and demand analysis, including “what‑if” scenarios to optimize cost and service levels.

Manage raw material planning, last‑time buys, and inventory transitions to reduce excess or shortage risks.

Partner with suppliers and vendors to align on build plans, monitor capacity, and resolve operational constraints.

Use tools like Power BI, Excel, and supply chain systems to analyze data, build dashboards, and track KPIs.

Collaborate across teams to communicate priorities, address escalations, and ensure alignment with business goals.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives, automate manual processes, and contribute to operational transformation.

Key Skills & Experience

4+ years of experience in supply chain planning, demand planning, operations, sourcing, or manufacturing.

4+ years of experience with data analysis, forecasting, and dashboard reporting.

Strong understanding of supplier operations, logistics management, and order fulfillment.

Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or other analytics tools for trend and performance analysis.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

Experience working with AI, GPU hardware supply chains.

Familiarity with ERP/Supply Chain tools (SAP, Kinaxis, Oracle SCM, o9, Anaplan).

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.

Continuous improvement and process optimization mindset.
