Overview LABUR is supporting a global technology client through an AI content enablement initiative aimed at driving enterprise-wide adoption of Responsible AI. This engagement focuses on designing and executing targeted communication and engagement strategies that embed AI awareness, education, and storytelling into core employee experiences. A Project Manager will lead the coordination of deliverables across SharePoint, content management, and editorial planning, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, tracking execution against plan, and delivering measurable engagement outcomes that support cultural transformation.

Responsibilities

Spearhead the execution and delivery of AI adoption projects including SharePoint site build and maintenance, AI content library, and editorial calendar/communications plan.

Track milestones, dependencies, and deliver to ensure on‑time and high‑quality execution.

Collaborate hand in hand with the Communications team to reach milestones on time: creation and publishing of AI content (newsletters, spotlights, blogs, townhalls, videos).

Maintain and update the AI content repository and make sure there is consistent, up-to-date availability and messaging across channels.

Operate as project owner for the AI SharePoint site, including directing design, content updates, user experience improvements, and analytics tracking.

Work closely with IT and communications teams to improve and enhance functionality and maintain and increase engagement over time.

Oversee an editorial schedule that showcases AI use cases, best practices, and cultural adoption stories; coordinate across Communications, IT, HR and other stakeholders to ensure regular alignment and delivery of the editorial plan.

Make sure there is alignment of communications with enterprise goals and Responsible AI principles.

Facilitate design and execution of surveys, polls, and feedback mechanisms to measure employee awareness and sentiment.

Utilize data to inform continuous improvement of AI adoption programs.

Collaborate with Communications, HR, and Learning teams to embed AI adoption into broader employee engagement and training efforts.

Align with compliance, privacy, and legal partners to ensure content supports safe, ethical AI usage.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience as a project manager or program coordinator, preferably in communications, employee engagement, or digital transformation.

Excellent project management skills with proven ability to manage timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional dependencies.

Hands‑on experience with SharePoint, intranet platforms, or digital content management.

Superb written and verbal communication skills; ability to package complex topics into clear and engaging content.

Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, tools and organizational adoption challenges (or strong interest in learning).

Experience in life sciences, healthcare, or other regulated industries.

Familiarity with enterprise engagement analytics (e.g., site usage metrics, campaign tracking).

Change management training or certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP).

PMP or comparable project management certification.

Compensation $80 - $90 per hour - Dependent on fit and experience.
