Lead the design and development of enterprise‑grade Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models to support strategic decision‑making. Architect and implement scalable data solutions using Microsoft Fabric, including Lakehouse architecture, pipelines, and real‑time analytics. Drive adoption and governance of the Power Platform across departments, mentoring junior developers and business users. Collaborate with business leaders to translate strategic objectives into actionable data solutions. Establish and enforce best practices for data modeling, DAX, performance optimization, and data security. Integrate data from multiple sources including ERP (Infor M3, Microsoft Dynamics 365), CRM, and third‑party systems into unified reporting solutions. Champion data quality, lineage, and metadata management using Fabric and Power BI capabilities. Lead initiatives to automate workflows and business processes using Power Automate and Power Apps. Partner with IT and data engineering teams to ensure robust data architecture and governance. Provide thought leadership on emerging technologies, including AI integration within Power BI and Fabric. Support enterprise‑wide KPIs and OKRs through advanced analytics and predictive modeling. Contribute to the development of a data‑driven culture through training, documentation, and stakeholder engagement. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field. 5+ years of experience in BI development, with at least 3 years focused on Power BI and Power Platform. Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Fabric components (OneLake, Synapse, Data Activator, etc.) is highly desirable. Advanced proficiency in DAX, Power Query (M), and SQL. Utilizes scripting and querying tools like Python, R or SQL, and data visualization. Proven experience in leading BI projects and mentoring junior developers. Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance within Microsoft ecosystem. Experience with source control (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and ALM for Power BI. Familiarity with ERP systems such as Infor M3 or Microsoft Dynamics 365. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and educate stakeholders at all levels. Working Conditions
