Job Requirements
Job Overview MUST RESIDE IN CENTRAL OR EASTERN TIME ZONE (W2 ONLY). 100% REMOTE, MUST BE BILINGUAL (ENGLISH/SPANISH).
Responsibilities
On the phone 90% of your shift scheduling
Communication skills is a high priority (speaking with various customers)
Strong emphasis on customer service, employee production and accuracy
Qualifications
6+ months prior customer service and call center experience in a professional environment – any office location, no preference on industry
6+ month prior experience meeting set performance standards including production and quality
2+ years patient access representative or healthcare experience
50+ WPM typing (a typing test will be given)
Ability to navigate multiple computer programs at once
Must have ability to connect to internet via ethernet cable
Preferred candidates in: Iowa, Tennessee, Georgia, Florida, Texas (but not limited to these states)
Job Type & Location Contract to Hire position based out of Miami, FL. This is a fully remote position.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 – $17.00/hr.
